Historical education
FUNDSTELLE serves civic education, research and reporting on historical events (§ 86(4), § 86a(3) German Criminal Code). Where archival films, documents or quotes contain Nazi symbols or statements, we show them solely for this purpose, placed in context with date, role and source.
We expressly distance ourselves from any glorification, trivialisation or denial of Nazi crimes. Documented crimes are not relativised. We never use symbols of unconstitutional organisations as design elements, in our logo, covers, thumbnails or profiles.
Quotes of defendants and other historical persons render their statements, not our opinion, always with name, role and source, next to what the file and the court say.
AI disclosure
The narrator voice of our videos is partly AI-generated (ElevenLabs library voices). It speaks only our checked sentences and does not imitate any historical person. “PARTLY AI · NARRATOR VOICE” is shown for the whole video, and we set the platform’s AI label when publishing (Art. 50 EU AI Act, platform rules). Original courtroom sound is only denoised, otherwise unchanged.
