Terms of service
Effective: 2026-10-20 · Provider: Alwin Aab (see imprint) · The German version is binding
1. Scope
These terms cover the website fundstelle.online, the FUNDSTELLE channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and Facebook, and the FUNDSTELLE Hub, the editorial software FUNDSTELLE uses to check, schedule and publish its own videos to its own channels. The platforms’ own terms apply as well.
2. What we offer
FUNDSTELLE provides historical information and education. We show what original sources say and give the source of every statement. The website is free, without sign-up and without ads.
3. Content and labelling
- Every statement carries a colour: red = documented, blue = theory with a range, grey = checked, does not hold, open = not checked or not checkable. See method.
- The narrator voice is partly AI-generated and labelled on screen and with the platform’s AI disclosure. Original sound stays original.
- Quotes of historical persons render their statements, not our opinion, with name, role and source.
4. Using our content
Our texts, design, graphics and editing are protected by copyright. You may quote individual statements with a link to the source page (e.g. fundstelle.online/en/f/01/#a5). Republishing whole videos only with permission. Archival material is subject to the archives’ terms: sources & licences.
5. Comments on our channels
We welcome factual discussion. We remove or report posts that are criminal offences (in particular incitement, Holocaust denial or trivialisation, § 130 German Criminal Code, and use of symbols of unconstitutional organisations, § 86a), insults, ads or spam. Planned AI replies will be labelled as such.
6. FUNDSTELLE Hub
- Only the operator of FUNDSTELLE uses the Hub, for FUNDSTELLE’s own channels. It is not offered to third parties and has no sign-up. Anyone connecting an account must own that account.
- Sign-in happens on each platform’s own page. The Hub receives only the permissions granted there and never passwords.
- Every post is published only after explicit approval in the Hub. Without approval and without the send switch enabled, the Hub sends nothing.
- The connection can be removed at any time in the Hub or revoked in the platform’s settings (data deletion).
- The YouTube Terms of Service (the Hub uses YouTube API Services), the TikTok Terms of Service, the Meta Terms including the Instagram Terms of Use, and the Telegram Terms apply as well.
7. Liability, law
Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise, for our free content, liability as for a gift (§ 521 German Civil Code). Linked third-party sites are the responsibility of their providers. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected.
